For our Client, a leading real estate company, we are looking for a Building Manager / Property Manager.
Coordinates the specific property and facility management activities both in the operational area and in the tenant relations with the buildings in its area of responsibility.
Coordinates the property and facility management activities so that these are compliant with the legal framework (occupational health and security, supplier contracts etc.);
Makes recommendations to the Asset Manager to streamline the activities within the department;
Coordinates and supervises daily property and facility management, being responsible for the proper functioning of all installations and technical equipment (HVAC and access equipment) within the assigned buildings;
Ensures and responds for the proper and legal / guaranteed set-up of all maintenance plans and activities, periodic technical revisions and / or specific emergency management activities;
Manages the relationship with service providers for the entire range of property and facility management services, ensuring proactive administration and optimal functionality of the infrastructure and technical and administrative activities;
Coordinates and supervises buildings’ technical and aesthetic administration;
Promptly responds to the requests made by the Landlord and the tenants, making sure to rapidly solve any complaints on technical failures of equipment, installations, surface wear or any other administrative issues;
Gets involved in the process of developing specific procedures for property security and protection, access and property traffic, schedule for technical revisions (property, equipment, installations etc.), waste storage and disposal, fire prevention and extinguishing plan etc.;
Prepares and issues reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, on-demand) on the property operation, being liable for the accuracy and quality of the data reported.
At least 3 years’ experience in property and facility management;
Bachelor’s degree in Technical / Engineering;
Project management skills;
Good analytical skills to assess situation and determine the best course of action;
Getting the things done attitude;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
