Telecom Project Coordinator – Scheduler

We are seeking a Scheduler – Project Coordinator to add to project team with offices located in Metro Manila.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be:
Working closely with the Deployment Manager to update and track schedules
Maintaining Project Library – including permission and version control.
Managing the site structure and access as a SharePoint Administrator.
Attending project meetings (internal, clients and suppliers) and oversee meeting minutes and actions
Updating Change register and Issue/Risk register
Updating financial tracker with PO, invoice, timesheet, and expenses details.
Producing monthly KPI and weekly reports with inputs from different managers and departments.
Compiling submission to customer and support Deployment Manager on seeking customer sign off.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management & scheduling
Experience in FTTM and technology delivery environment, including experience in dependency management (identifying, tracking and recording dependencies) and providing status updates.
Managing an integrated schedule with input from design, PM, QA, and other resources.
Experience scheduling multiple, connected transactions and processes across the end to end workflow with large amounts of data – including design and construct, and implement activities.
Ability to communicate with various stakeholders including Contractors and the customer.
Experience using SharePoint document management system.
Strong communication skills and seasoned using MS Excel, MS Words, PowerPoint and MS Project.
