We are seeking a Document Controller & Sharepoint Administration to add to project team with offices located in Metro Manila.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the flow of inbound and outbound communications with Customer and Contractors.
Tracking documentation, approvals, purchase orders, notifications between the Customer and multiple Contractor groups.
Working with multiple email distribution lists, ensuring members are kept current.
Supervising the site structure and access.
Ensuring proper and optimal usage of the site (internally and externally)
Administrating site permissions for multiple user groups to the project.
SharePoint Administration and manage the site structure and access and monitor the usage to ensure proper and optimal usage of the site.
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 + years of experience in project management teams, managing the flow of inbound and outbound communications to the customer and to Contractors, within a fast-paced technology delivery project.
Proven track record as a Document Controller that includes: tracking, logging the flow of work, managing the distribution of communications out to project resources, and multiple email distribution list among others
SharePoint skills, managing the site, and adhering and enforcing the document storage processes
Ability to focus, attention to detail, organisation and methodical process following skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to manage relationships in a fast-paced project environment.
FTTM and DocuSign software experience is desirable.
