The Company:

Our client is a leading global supplier of software that optimizes process manufacturing across multiple industries. Due to expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual for an opportunity based in México City.

The Role:
Reporting to a Senior Customer Success Manager based in USA, you will build and maintain  trusted advisor relationships within assigned accounts, and  ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:

 Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire lifecycle of a customer account following the initial sale through successful acceptance and eventually renewal of products and services.
Working proactively in customer contact with on-site visits, performing executive business review and user group meetings, and using other tools to improve relationships and plan strategically with them.

Focusing on customer needs and maintaining the acceptance and renewal results for a set of defined accounts.

Building and nurture business relationships across top accounts to solidify the partnership and commitment to the customer.

Driving business impact and innovation to clients by understanding  their key commercial issues and opportunities.

Understanding the customers’ business environment, challenges, and opportunities, and aligns company initiatives with  their needs.

Collaborating with internal implementation consultants, sales account managers, and renewal representatives to develop and implement account plans, and initiating renewal and expansion opportunities to generate new revenue.  

Delivering product insight and strategy advice for sales enablement, communication, and training initiatives.

The Requirements:

B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field, coupled  with 8+ years of experience in the process industries (Energy / Oil & Gas sector is a plus)

5+ years working in presales or customer relationship management, handling large portfolios with a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

 Experience with senior and executive management at the “C” level with exceptional business insight including sales, consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing product packages.

Advanced level of English is mandatory.
