The opportunity is for an experienced Project Finance Manager to join the program delivery team located in Metro Manila.
The client is embarking on a 3 year + program of work, rolling out a Fiber to the Home Network (FTTH) ODN Turnkey Solution.
As a member of the PMO team, reporting to the Program Manager and PMO Lead, the Project Finance Manager will handle all financial elements of the program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
Detail tracking and forecasting of project operating costs, (including timesheet and resource reconciliation), revenue and costs to deployment partners over the end to end lifecycle of the program.
Complete monthly reconciliations, prepare invoice approvals, obtain supporting documentation and process invoice requests.
Forecast actual monthly, quarterly and annual expenditure for the program.
Act as a Liaison with the Finance and Delivery Stakeholders of the client and deployment partners.
Fulfill the reporting requirements of the Asia Region Finance Manager.
Purchase Order Management and tracking of burn down rates.
Produce financial reporting to project delivery, client and corporate stakeholders.
Track vendor costs involved in contract extensions and corporate vendor management processes.
Communicate with project managers and project leads to validate and track costs and travel expenses.
Ensure the project team and key stakeholders comply with established financial processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Finance or Business).
At least 5+ years of experience on a Project Management Team, including the management of finances, in a fast-paced and technology delivery project.
Experience working on a busy PMO and project delivery team, dealing with technology design and construction rollouts.
Strong project experience in tracking financial costs, project costs and site costs are required.
Working experience managing project forecasts (using Excel, SAP, Salesforce), tracking forecasts, actuals, performing variance analysis and reporting, and monthly EOM result reporting.
Experience in generating and processing Purchase Orders and Invoices and managing finance trackers including; invoices, statements of work, contractor agreements and tracking the progress of payments.
Ability to engage with project teams, corporate finance stakeholders, customers, and contractors.
Experience in FTTM, SharePoint, and Salesforce is desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP.
Experience with stakeholders, vendors, and financial management.
