Our client is operating in Medical Devices industry. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for an; “National Sales Manager”,
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies,
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets,
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts,
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers,
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements,
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts,
• Prepare status reports and present them to the higher managing authorities for scrutinizing.
Fluency in English,
8-10 years experience preferably in medical devices sector,
Excellent customer relationship management skills,
Experience in managing a sales team,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Strategic vision and decision making skills,
Customer focus and drive for results.
