Job Description:
Customer Service Excellence:
 Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall retail experience.
 Assist customers in understanding telecommunication products and services, including smartphones,
plans, and accessories.
 Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Sales and Marketing Support:
 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and
 Participate in sales activities, including product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling.
 Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer
Inventory Management:
 Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts.
 Monitor product availability, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics
Store Operations:
 Learn about store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Team Leadership and Development:
 Work closely with store managers and team leaders to support day-to-day operations and achieve
sales targets.
 Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance.

 Provide feedback, coaching, and training to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Business Development Initiatives:
 Contribute to business development efforts, including customer retention programs and new market
 Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Telecommunications,
or related fields.
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
 Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on challenges.
 Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
 Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed in a retail environment.
