Chronos Consulting’s client is a global leader in specialized solutions for the aviation industry. Due to expansion in the IT team, we are seeking a L2 Support Analyst.
Reporting to the Support Lead in Mexico and to the IT Manager in Miami, you will be responsible for:
Manage L2 activities for applications developed in-house.
Monitor systems logs, alert emails, job failures and acting to provide timely resolution.
Create and execute SQL queries to load data, extract data based on customer needs.
Review current support landscape to apply continuous improvement.
Minimum 3 years in supporting and developing applications.
SQL / SQL Server knowledge.
