Chronos Consulting’s client is a global food and beverage leader with a recognized worldwide brand. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to add value to their business and manage their brand in the Dominican Republic.
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will be in charge of national accounts, creating business proposals, negotiating, implementing new strategies, and tactical execution.
You will be responsible for:
Handling the implementation of the brand commercial strategy and projects, delivering sales, volume, productivity, and profitability targets for major national key account customers in the country.
Defining strategy, roll out implementation, and to guarantee executions of plans for each account.
Managing the budget to ensure the profitability of the account, according to the goals and average price.
Implementing national price tactics, according to the market, and developing short and midterm customer strategies in line with the national sales policy.
Planning sales forecasts and reviewing trade spend budgets in conjunction with the analysis of data sources to identify customer growth opportunities.
Orienting and leading the merchandising team at the Point of Sale via direct distributors and auditing implementation in stores to agreed execution.
Developing communication channels with clients and internal teams in order to enable the proposals made to their account.
Implementing national negotiations and contracts and developing effective partnerships with key strategic retailers to ensure the leadership within the category, and keeping profitable growth.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
4+ years of professional experience in sales as a Key Account Manager, ideally for beverage or consumer goods, within a multinational environment.
Experience in trade marketing or operating a brand by a distributor network is a plus.
Possess analytical, planning, and negotiation skills able to build strategic customer relationships with a good understanding of sales processes and financial systems.
Strategic and innovative commercial awareness ability, capable of analyzing sales and customer data in order to develop valuable initiatives for the customer and the company.
Advanced level in all MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
