Chronos Consulting’s client is rapidly expanding international software company. Due to expansion, we are seeking an HR Coordinator to join the team in CDMX.

 

 

The Role: 

 

As a fundamental piece of the regional team, the HR Coordinator will interact with on-boarding candidates and working with managers in Mexico and USA. You will be supporting  HR activities, administrative procedures and scheduling interviews.

 

Reporting to the HR Manager in Mexico and working closely with the Recruiting teams in USA, you will:

 

Coordinate all the aspects of the onboarding process that includes the orientation for the new employees, information about payroll and follow-up to the hiring and exit processes.

 

Create confirmation letters, contracts and job offers.

 

Organize recruitment activities, scheduling interviews  and executing administrative responsibilities

 

Maintain and update employee’s information in HRIS systems and personnel files.

 

Processing requests for employment verifications and coordinating background checks.

 

 

The Requirements

 

Bachelors or associate degree in Human Resources or related careers.

3+ years of experience in HR administrative roles, within a fast-paced international environment.

Previous experience in staffing and recruitment is a plus.

 

Great communications skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization.

Organized, work well under pressure and support the candidates and employees inMexico

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS system is preferred (Workday)

 

Advanced level of English is mandatory.
