The Group HR Manager main role is to ensure standardization and compliance in the HR functions across the Group and its subsidiaries.
The role is also responsible for the following:
The development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems (HRMS, LMS).
Review and maintain Group HR policies and procedures.
Prepare position descriptions, remuneration and employment contracts for Group employees
Develop and manage the Group ESG annual report
Develop and maintain standard employment remuneration bands for common positions across the Group.
Additional duties include to manage Learning and Development department and development programs for the full organization, assist in performance management processes, support the management of disciplinary actions and grievance issues, review company employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.
Relevant training and/or certifications as an HR Manager
EXPERIENCE (Work related)
The candidate should have at least 15- 20 years’ experience in senior HR roles in the services or contracting sector
