Chronos Consulting’s client is a global consumer goods industry leader. To support their operations in DR, they are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager ready to impact local consumers for this fantastic and unique opportunity!
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, as the Field Marketing Manager, you will develop the brand as the focal point of the company in the country according to national and global marketing priorities and strategies.
Creating and developing fresh ideas to the brand using digital and social media as the core of every marketing activity, and executing these ideas with the right balance between the pillars of the marketing mix, based on the knowledge and ownership of your region and the global and national priorities.
Collecting regional intelligence, sharing market consumer and competitors’ insights with the national team and defining ideas and programs which create a brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a local level.
Building sustainable relationships as the local face for the global brand, working with local networks, opinion leaders, and main influencers in social media, to include: local authorities, local sports, cultural opinion leaders, entrepreneurial and start-up communities, and media outlets (TV, radio, print, digital and social media).
Producing and supporting local key events and marketing opportunities with a strong focus on participation, ensuring that every consumer experience is positive and remarkable thanks to the detail and high-quality execution.
Coordinating with agencies and specialized companies in outsourcing event logistics. Increasing brand visibility and product usage by selecting relevant 3rd party events, and including the event vehicle program to attract consumers
Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing potential apprentices who fit the brand.
Managing and administrating field expenses and regional budget, and also identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies for the company.
Developing beneficial partnerships by working with other brands, organizations, and networks that bring added value such as expertise, networks, goods, budget, or facilities.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
+3 years in field marketing, preferably in sports, events, or culture for consumer goods companies, with a strong understanding of youth culture in sports, culture in the region and experience working with commercial teams, sales, or trade marketing is a plus.
Proven negotiation and budgeting skills
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Interested in expanding networking and building connections for potential business.
Passionate about marketing with deep brand understanding. Innovator, capable of converting new ideas into practice quickly.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities for wide audiences.
Advanced level of English required.
