Chronos Consulting’s client is one of the first specialty furniture manufacturing companies to implement real digital shifts by focusing on sales online. With a large presence in the USA and Canada and due to expansion and a new entry into the Mexican market, we are seeking to fill a newly created position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow the Mexican market. Working from home and traveling as needed and collaborating with teams across North America.

 

 The Role: 

Reporting to the Sales Director in USA, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and creating B2B contacts to generate new sales opportunities within the Mexican market.

Exploring and connecting in the furniture industry to identify target customers.

Developing product line-up from the company’s portfolio in collaboration with the category management team.

Designing sales plan and management of your accounts.

Creating and implementing promotions and incentive programs.

Collaborating with an internal team to prepare and plan the launch of a new transactional website in Mexico.

Growing and enriching the impact of our client’s brand in the furniture industry in Mexico

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related area.

5 – 8 years of experience in a similar or related position.

Strong experience and management in the B2B service and knowledge in B2C.

Sales and business development experience in the furniture industry (companies focused on baby, office or home furniture would be a plus)

Ecommerce and web services understanding

Knowledge, experience, and management of the complete sales cycle.

Training, selecting, and eventually leading a sales team.

Strong customer service focus and business acumen.

Advanced English is mandatory

Valid Passport and travel VISA (USA & Canada), or ability to apply for business travel purposes
