This is a newly created role in the organisation as Chronos Consulting’s client is expanding their B2B Training Services in USA and Canada.
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to develop and expand Corporate Training Services in areas such as: Class-room, Online, E-Learning, and newer technologies such as Micro Learning and Gaming
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
Create and develop strategy and execution for both off-shelf and customized training solutions for the North American market.
Develop, drive, and manage the system for prioritizing training; ensure the application of the correct learning science and the development of content to meet existing and new customer requirements with technical training such as lead auditor certifications, operational improvement, and addressing performance gaps
Collaborate with business Sector managers and Product managers to identify new areas of training courses to be offered
Establish pricing structure and strategy for E-Learning/Training across region offices and as well as development of annual training budget and revenue targets to maximize profitability
Expand clients in industry sectors such as: Manufacturing, Automotive, Food, Pharma, Cosmetic/Personal care, Medical Devices
Manage the process of content development ( both internal and outsourced), as well as implement models to evaluate the quantity of materials and development.
Identify, coordinate and mange sub-contractors and/ or external supplier and partnerships necessary for the development of training and training materials.
Support in the organic expansion as well as identify strategic acquisitions to further enhance the Training business
Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) coupled with 10 to 15 years experience in a professional training business/consultancy
Dynamic, driven and passionate about the Learning industry including course development, marketing & training material and sales
Ability and proven track record in developing business strategy and driving execution; leveraging industry knowledge for revenue generation and streamlining the Go To Market strategy.
Strong written, oral communication, professional presentation skills and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Travel 25% + in USA and Canada
