Manage marketing activities (promotion, brand awareness, campaigns, etc.) in the Americas region (Canada, USA, Mexico & Brazil) and interacting with the regional sales and cooperating with the global marketing team to implement programs and deliver solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Advanced Services, you will be responsible for:
Working together with the Americas business teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and media campaigns for new and existing services.
Executing marketing initiatives and effectively utilizing resources to support consistent growth in existing and new regions.
Preparing short-term and long-term marketing schedules and identifying annual budget requirements and resource needs.
Understanding key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, competitive analyses, campaign results, and market trends in order to translate these results into actionable programs and insights for the organization.
Measuring effectiveness by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on results.
Arranging regular meetings with sales teams and SMEs to review local and service/solution-specific strategies.
Engaging HR, recruiting and functional teams to promote the company to new and existing employees.
Working closely with sales, management, creative and content teams to generate and execute effective marketing programs focused on growing audiences for their services.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a service industry, ideally with knowledge of the automotive industry from a service provider perspective (B2B)
Proficiency with CRM, market intelligence tools, and design software.
Established portfolio of effective execution of programs delivering ROI with proven success in creating effective campaigns and building brand awareness.
Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Self-starter, motivated to succeed. Persuasive and compelling communicator possessing a high level of business acumen with the ability to communicate both written and verbally.
Great leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to successfully lead and manage campaigns.
