Our client is a major distributor of chemical products, representing global brands in Mexico. Working from the company office location in Iztapalapa CDMX.
Reporting to the General Director, you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the commercial leadership team.
Coordinating and managing executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handling communication, on behalf of the executive team.
Assisting in organizing events and coordinating business travel.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
Providing product information and support to clients.
Managing and processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management.
Participating in and enhancing marketing initiatives, include marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in International Business, combined with either 2 + years of administrative assistant or sales administration background.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Well versed in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience using CRM and ERP systems
Business English level required
