Chronos Consulting’s client is an international  leading provider of software and services for multiple industries. Due to continous expansion, we are seeking a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in CDMX.

 

The Role: 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition (located in the USA), you will be responsible for:

Impacting business results, by making recommendations in hiring “industry experts”

Playing a key role in driving the recruitment process, attracting and hiring the best talent in Mexico & Latin America.

Supervising the development of job requisitions, revision of job descriptions, documentation of postings and approvals for accuracy in the applicant tracking system.

 

Conducting  full life-cycle recruitment process and job offers, developing relationships with candidates,  timely follow-up, feedback, and correspondence as required.

 

Working in collaboration with colleagues, and prospect passive talent through search engine and social media.

 

Supporting the company´s branding efforts through influencing hiring teams to involve, and taking part in the creation of relevant content for various social channels.

 

Participating and managing continuous Talent Acquisition projects.

 

 

The Requirements

 

Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources or related subject..

 

5+ years of recruitment in  fast-paced organizations, with a focus on specialized and technical roles.

A combination of agency and in-house corporate experience is highly desirable.

Possess a consultative and collaborative approach with a proven track record searching for international candidates  ( experience in Latin America is a plus).

 

Demonstrated ability to drive sourcing strategies, handle a full requisition load, and balance multiple placements needs in an accelerated growing environment.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

 

Advanced  English is mandatory.
