The Company:

Our client is a fast-growing international technology leader. Due to expansion across Latin America, they have an urgent need for an HR Manager to join the team in Mexico City.

You will collaborate with the organization’s leaders to manage complex business initiatives and provide oversight and talent management in order to strategically focus on driving business success. 

 
The Role:

Reporting to the  Director of Human Resources located in the USA, you will be responsible for:

Partner with the leaders of the different areas of the company in the organizational structure to develop strategic annual plans with priority in the search for talent and recruitment.

Support the delivery of performance management activities and the entire talent plan, talent review, and succession processes for assigned internal client groups.

Actively train and provide direct feedback to leaders.

Manage employee issues effectively and in compliance with local labor laws.

Serve as an advocate for learning and organizational development; partner with executive leaders to identify business learning needs; promote available tools and resources and seek innovative ways to support talent development.

Work as a team, educate, and manage actions aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy, programs, and practices

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related.

6 + years of experience in a HR business partner role, ideally in a rapidly growing high-tech ( IT / Telecom ) organization.

International experience and supporting other countries in Latin America.

Exceptional organizational, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Highly developed analytical skills coupled with strong communication skills ( verbal, written, presentation)

An entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency,  the motivation to assume significant responsibilities as an HR business partner, and the ability to effectively manage remote locations

Business level English is required
