Our client is a fast-growing global leader in financial services looking for an enthusiastic and proactive collaborator to join the team in Costa Rica. The role is HOME BASED and remote working, therefore the location is open within Costa Rica.
The Role:
Reporting to the Global Infrastructure IT Manager, you will provide technical leadership in the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IDM/IAM) Solution warranting implementation of the technical architecture while providing hands-on subject expertise on Identity Access Management.
In this position you will be responsible for:
Delivering IAM technical leadership and expertise, working closely with technical teams, business teams and IAM solution vendor implementation teams.
Defining IDM processes and design elements, ensuring the implementation of architecture and design.
Authorizing and making decisions/approvals on IAM processes and design elements.
Executing solutions, and leading product configurations required for Application onboarding.
Identifying needs and evaluating alternative technical solutions and strategies to ensure consistent delivery.
Collaborating with different teams such as solution implementations, enterprise architect and security to perform on access management solutions based on existing and newly identified controls.
Working successfully with virtual globally dispersed project teams, stakeholders and other SMEs.
Setting up priorities and allocating work to team members, providing coaching and guidance to enable professional growth.
The Requirements:
A degree in computer science, engineering, information technologies, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience of information security with a focus in developing identity management (IDM/IAM) strategies, architecture, enterprise implementation and troubleshooting of Identity Access Management solutions combine with experience in MIM IDM Operations, Integration, JML Processes.
Experience in leading MIM IDM operations, integration, JML processes.
Hands-On knowledge of using MIMWAL and associated functions to complex business logic, AD DNS, DHCP, certificate services-PKI, Azure AD, O365, AD Connect, ADFS, WAP, Azure Application Proxy, AD RMS, IRM, WIP, OME, ADFS, Single Sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication, MIM IDM, Microsoft ATA, AGPM and Group Policies.
Technical Leadership experience in IDM implementations using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016) or Forefront Identity Manager (FIM 2010 R2) Platform, Azure Active directory, PowerShell Scripting, ADFS, Windows Server 2008/2012, Web Services, and Directory Services.
Previous experience in stakeholder management with great communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Level of English is required.
