Chronos Consulting’s client is a fast-paced boutique firm, and leader in the financial services sector.

The Role:

As the lead recruiter, you will be working from the office in downtown Chicago (this is not a remote role). You will manage the strategic process in identifying, sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the rapid growth of this successful financial services boutique firm. Relocation assistance within USA will be offered for the right fit candidate.

Reporting to the Head of HR, and working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for:

Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for best-fit hires at all levels, including:  sourcing, reviewing, scheduling, interviewing, gathering feedback and decisions, communicating with candidates and recruiting firms, extending and closing offers.

Developing and executing creative recruiting strategies, to deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs.

Actively pursuing all channels (internet, networking, social media, job boards, etc.) to identify the best fit candidates.

Participating and driving campus recruitment, at assigned universities.

Generating a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.

Ensuring recruitment activities are constantly updated within the Applicant Tracking System.

Liaising between the leadership team, candidates, external sourcing firms (when engaged) and supporting with accurate information and process tracking.

Collaborating in cross-functional meetings to support recruitment efforts, implement and drive best practices.

The Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2 to 4 years experience in full life-cycle recruitment.

Proven leadership skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Self-motivated, dependable, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver, driven personality, and creativity in your approach.

Strategic thinker, demonstrated analytical skills, articulate and problem solver.

Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, think out of the box, and prioritize projects.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
