We are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Associate to join our growing team and help increase the sales pipeline by playing an active role in our demand generation strategy.
1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
2) 1-3+ years experience in a digital marketing environment, preferably B2B
3) A clear comprehension of B2B Marketing KPIs and metrics.
4) Hands-on experience using CRM and Marketing Automation software (Salesforce, Marketo experience preferred)
5) Experience with campaigns around performance marketing and/or demand gen with knowledge of LinkedIn & Google Ads is a plus

You will be responsible to:
Assist in executing digital demand gen programs including PPC, display advertising, remarketing, paid social, and other online advertising channels.
Manage day-to-day optimisation activities for campaigns, including new campaign launches, ad tracking and reporting setup
Measure and analyze channel performance to proactively recommend where opportunities exist for further optimization and scaling
Work closely with the global demand gen teams to iterate on different targeting, ad creatives, messaging and copy
Deploy A/B testing strategies and execution
Collaborate with local and international marketing teams to develop nurture programs
Work in a cross-functional team of Marketing, Sales, Product and IT professionals
