Front of House Manager – Edinburgh
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Manager to join the team.
We are currently looking to recruit a Restaurant Front of House Manager for the Tearoom within our flagship in Edinburgh’s busy tourist area.
The successful candidate will have experience in Front of House Food Service Management, with a hands on customer facing role, for a table service restaurant. They will be able to demonstrate business management skills as well as being responsible for driving sales & service levels, cost control, team management, recruitment & development, local marketing, menu planning, promotions & events.
Level 3 / Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification preferred but not essential. An understanding of an EPOS till system would be beneficial.
Primary Function: To deliver excellent food & service to our customers, with strong leadership skills, whilst achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved, and company guidelines are followed.
This will be delivered by ensuring there is an appropriate menu offering at all times, with a high level of presentation within a hygienic and safe environment.
Salary negotiable depending on experience as well as other staff benefits which include:
