Chronos Consulting’s client is a global beverage industry leader with a recognized worldwide’s brand. We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager for a permanent opportunity in Costa Rica.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will identify business opportunities, develop and execute the commercial strategy through the Distribution Partner for Costa Rica and also covering Honduras and Nicaragua.
You will be responsible for:
Setting commercial tactical priorities according to key company initiatives.
Developing the annual business plans, based on organization necessities.
Managing the distributor country budget, inventories, and acquisitions.
Developing systems to track, measure KPI’s and monitor sales/POS progress.
Ensuring trade execution standards.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and distribution in the Consumer Goods industry.
Beverage industry experience is an advantage
Solid business orientation, influencer, good strategic thinker with highly numerical and analytical skills.
Valid driver’s license is required and advanced level in Excel
Willingness to travel up to 30% within CR and some travel to Honduras and Nicaragua.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
