| Job Description | Reporting to the Regional Director based in Russia and working closely in a matrix environment with international Vice Presidents, you will:
Lead the management team in all aspects of their business Management and personnel development.
Communicate with the senior management and peers to share resources and ideas.
Take management and strategy decisions to improve performance.
Act as the company Ambassador to promote brand and services to the customers and government officials.
Keen awareness of the market and competition in order to identify and explore opportunities for growth (new services & acquisitions).
Ensure competitive pricing in line with business guidelines and support international sales activity leads.
Minimize costs without compromising sales and service delivery and ensure consistent service delivery quality according to customer feedback.
Implement group standard processes in the country related to IT, HR, Legal, Compliance & Finance.
Identify, assess, develop and coach and promote talent (succession planning)

| Skill Required | College degree in business management, or related field
A minimum 5-10 years direct operational/management experience in same or related product line.
Able to coordinate and motivate teams toward a common goal and coordinate several activities simultaneously.
Translate and drive strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all level with the ability to interact with clients and public officials, at all levels
Charisma and energy to motivate management teams to deliver quality results and acts quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls.
Demands and shares success and works well under pressure.
International exposure and flexibility, including travel.
Solid P&L experience and mastery of risk management and financial.
Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must.
