| Job Description | - Assistance with acquisition of new HRO accounts in Europe, HRO service delivery stabilization, commercial viability evaluation, client interaction, processes and resource optimization.
- Work closely with the field force representatives on pre-sales activity
- Obtain optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results
- Manage multinational teams
- Actively participate in strategic business planning sessions
- Participate in quarterly reviews with the customer and work with them in a consultative mode to identify new opportunities for expansion of scope.
