| Job Description | Structure and monitor a disciplined approach of the Country operations
Implement and reach local key performance indicators in order to hit assigned targets and profitability
Interact with, coordinate and monitor other European businesses with overlooking their achievement (France, Italy, Turkey etc.)

| Skill Required | BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Business education
3+ years of internet / media / IT business development experience with successful track record
Experience in Marketing and promotion into Gaming industry
Experience in process monetization
Russian / German literate
People skills |
