| Job Description | •Coordinate with port coordinator on incoming cargo and off loading ships
•Inspect cargo for damage upon arrival and off loading at lay down area and when reloaded to truck
•Fill out inspection report documentation on each component and provide to project team
•Coordinate truck availability for all loads with trucking company
•Supervise the loading of all trucks going to site from lay-down area
•Ensure components are loaded in proper sequence
•Coordinate with site on deliveries
•Maintain equipment tracking and lay down area loading schedule
•Create truck bills of lading and tender loads in PS DASH (or equivalent system)
•Insure Bills of Lading are issued and drivers complete "Exception Report" noting any damage
•Monitor and document all truck detention
•Ensure all return parts are collected and packaged for transport
•Monitor return containers shipping back to Denmark, if required
