| Skill Required | University degree (preferably: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Mathematics, or languages faculties listed below )
Acounting knowledge in at least one of particular fields (General Ledger, Treasury & Banks, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collection)
Experience in accountancy or finance (minimum 2 years)
Experience in auditing and financial statements analysis would be an advantage
Experience in SSC/ BPO would be an advantage
Supervisory experience and team orientation: ability to be a coach or mentor to junior staff
Experience in preparing statistics, KPIs, reports
Strong analytical abilities and attention to details
· Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
· Communicative knowledge of second language from the list (spoken and written):
- Polish
- Czech
- Slovakian
- Hungarian
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
· Achievement orientation
· Good practical knowledge of MS Office
· Ability to work full-time |
