Job Description• Develop sound and honest relationships with designated customers. • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the marketplace and competitor data. • Prepare professional, top quality quotations tailored to meet the customer needs. Quotations reflect realistic technical and commercial commitments (feasibility, cost, timing, resources). • Lead all activities during the purchase negotiation phase in order to bring the sale to a favourable close. • Understand and report on future customer needs and identify solutions that will further develop our client’s capabilities • Identify new opportunities • Respond to customer questions, issues and inquires with accuracy and timeliness.
Skill Required• Degree Preferred in Industrial Engineering • Background in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management. • At least 3 years of experience in sales • Strong analytical skills • Ability to effectively negotiate at multiple levels within an organization, both commercial and technical. • Effective honest communications capabilities (good written and verbal skills) • Competent spoken and written English language skills. • Dynamic personality, results driven
