Job DescriptionResponsible for technical support in France and Europe. Customers include cellular operators and enterprises Responsibilities include: • Technical pre /post sale support. • On site support: site survey, installation, commissioning, Q&A etc. main focus is France. • Sales & Marketing support in Europe as well. • Technical support through phone and email. • The position will report to the Senior Director of International sales.
Skill Required• Native French speaker. • Fluent written and spoken English. • B.Sc Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Wireless/Mobility/Cellular networks and networking. • Thorough understanding of cellular technology (GSM, UMTS, & HSPA protocols) and trends. • Thorough understanding of Wi-Fi and WiMAX technology and trends- advantage. • Sales, solution & service oriented approach • Worked with / for a cellular operator (Orange France, SFR) or large equipment vendor (e.g. Ericson, Nortel etc.). • Independent and self motivated
