Personal Situation: Must be mature and domestically secure. Able to spend some time travelling to attend training and there may be additional customer opportunities in Italy in the future

| Skill Required | Specific Job Skills:
1. Excellent English and Italian language skills. With a special focus on Italian copywriting skills, other European languages a strong bonus.
2. Has some experience (3-5 years) in Italian Mobile Content Services promotion and copywriting, particularly VAS offerings like Ringtones, Java games, Clips, Sports information and others…
3. Has a direct marketing or media background in product areas relating to the youth market in Italy
4. Understands basic database marketing concepts and have some grasp of database marketing analytics
5. May have had experience operating marketing oriented BI tool sets
6. Basic concept of Business metrics like Return on Investment, Profit Margins and Revenue Targets
7. Able to work closely with international sales and marketing teams
Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance. Must be able to manage business KPI’s into customer specific deliverables. Must be competent in interpretation of system reports.
Business Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate an ability to be comfortable managing an end-to-end customer program. Ideal background would be in running a content service or management platform. Targeting services team delivering into a remote Telco environment.
Management Ability: This role requires the ability to manage a local customer with remote support services. Liaison with the PS organization and sales business consultants is essential. |
