| Job Description | The Global Clinical Professional Resources Section (GCPR) of the Global Innovative R&D Division is searching for a Senior Clinical Pk/Pd and Trials Simulations Modeler. Specific responsibilities and requirements include:
§ Hands-on experience in Pk/Pd/Clinical data analyses as well as in trials simulations and modeling.
§ Hands-on experience in population Pk design and analyses of drug effects in humans.
§ Work closely with our Phase I / Clinical Pharmacology Unit, with our project leaders as well as with our pre-clinical teams.
§ Support the design and evaluation of clinical trials across development stages.
§ Provide strategic and scientific input to project teams as well as clinical Pk, Pk/Pd modeling and trials simulation analysis.
§ Ability to trigger implementation of his/her know-how with the end of optimizing decisions making processes of the clinical development plans.
§ Reporting the experimental work with the end of supporting regulatory submissions.
§ Know how of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
§ Ability to collaborate with scientific institutes and consultants.
§ Candidate must possess a Ph.D., M.D., Pharm.D. or other relevant advanced degree.
§ Candidate must have significant mathematical / statistical background. |
