Barry Callebaut and Chronos have had a very solid relationship for several
years, both in North America and in Europe. Over the last year,
I have witnessed this relationship forge even greater through Chronos 's
dedicated staff and their initiatives to assist our staffing needs not only
from a strategic thought process but also from a hands on tactical
standpoint. In addition to the many executive and line positions that they have supported us in North America, they have recently supported our placement inititives in Monterrey, Mexico. Largely through the efforts of their staff in Mexico, they identified,interviewed and negotiated very successful placements of our entire management staff. As an organization, they took the detail work out of the entire proceess and managed it as a priority project with great success.
