Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or equivalent work experience.
10+ years’ experience in managing design and construction phases of public works projects; including 5+ years of project management experience.
Knowledge of design management, scheduling, estimating and client management.
Strong working knowledge of KSA Building regulations, especially healthcare.
Job Description
Manage development of Owner’s requirements.
Ensure the project is executed as per agreed Timeline and Contractual Documents (Contract Agreement, BOQs, Addendum, Drawings, Reports, etc.) and report any variances to the Owner on timely basis.
Draw up and update project milestone schedule.
Manage project development deliverables in accordance with the schedule. 
Coordinates the schedule for receiving and installation of medical equipment, furniture and other equipment with the contractors’ schedule.
Prepare monthly, quarterly project progress reports for presentations at team, steering committee and board meetings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing construction data from contractor and consultant.
Expedite progress of contractors’ and consultants’ while monitoring design and construction activities.
Manage change orders and change estimates.
Analyze cost and schedule issues and initiate alternatives which will cause a course correction.
Support to develop business plan and operation plan outline.
?uide to find and create viable business model based on current healthcare industry.
Develop add value innovation program and publicize to obtain ideas from all project team members.
Monitors conformance with local permits, building regulations and ensure safety regulations are implemented throughout the project phase.
Organization and Personnel Management
Set up manpower and resource plan
Leads design meetings with contractors’, consultants’, architects and owner team.
Lead suitable project management team for each phase
Assess team members’ abilities and report to the Chairman/Owner.
