Job Description

Identify the technical scope and develop technical proposals, figure out cost and schedule of project work.
Instigate, perform and deliver Production Management studies for production projects.
Pro-actively communicate the projects status with the sponsors and propose recommendations.
Mentor Junior Engineers.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
At least 10 - 15 years E&P experience as a Production Engineer / Production Technologist / Petroleum Engineer.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work with Exploration, Reservoir, facilities and operations teams.
English language is essential.
Previous experience in technical and economical evaluation of Oil & Gas production projects.
Practical hands on experience in operational issues related with subsurface engineering and down-hole production engineering.
Specific Skills in production engineering (production management): Well performance , data surveillance techniques (to identify wells requiring investigation), nodal analysis models (to obtain THP/BHP data), well optimisation, data acquisition for well monitoring, tubing size modifications, well stimulations, artificial lift optimization and surface bottle necks identification.
