Job Description

Maintenance and troubleshooting of all transmission equipment (Microwave, DXX) on the customers network. Meet customers KPI's

Additionally if required, Emergency Support Handling and CSR Handling. Disturbance Investigation and troubleshooting. Required skills and activities should include, but not be limited to:

· To assure reliable transmission network and optimized architecture of the transmission networks.

· Prepare the documents for the Transmission network in coordination with other engineers.

· Participate in the directions needed for improving the transmission network.

· Recommend and give clear ideas and participate in validation of the transmission sites.

· Participate in frequency aspects and interferences studies to assure best quality network and efficient utilization of the licensed frequency spectrum.

· Participate in the technical studies and optimization of the transmission network.

· Assure coherence between the access network and the backbone network.

· Understanding the country topography.

· Participate in maintenance and failure clearance when needed.

· Participate in commissioning & acceptance test for the transmission network.

· Traffic provisioning in both Microwave and Digital Cross Connect (DXX) Network.

· 3 years or more experience in telecommunication and transmission networks.

· Excellent knowledge in Microwave and Digital Cross Connect equipment

- Good analytical ability, advanced problem solving, Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently, while managing customer expectations.
- Ability to evaluate customer requirements and provide solutions with support from other team members.
- Customer focused and results oriented
- Works well under pressure, Attention to details, Fast practical learning.
Fluent in English

Job Qualifications preferably a BSC degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
