Job Description

The Role:

The AR Accountant will perform the SSC (Share Service Center) part of Accounts Receivable accounting according to the standard Service Description for Credit-to-Cash and relevant work instructions.

Responsibilities:

Reconciling Accounts using AssureNET tool
Registering Process Journal Vouchers
Taking over sale of receivables and management of bank accounts
Issuing non sales order related external Invoicing as well as internal N-SOR
Handling Accounts Receivable (A/R) incoming payments including allowances for impairment and write offs
- Running internal company Open A/R Management and Reconciliation
- Participating in tax reporting-Direct taxes
- Performing bank reconciliations, preparing payments manually, and managing cash flow
- Ensuring quality assurance of recorded transactions by managing lead time in performance.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

2+ years experience within business administration, accounting, or related.
Experience with bank reconciliations and account management.
Excellent communication skills with strong customer contact exposure.
Knowledge of Excel, PivotTables.
Intermediate English.
