Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

Analyzing and interpreting business requirements into software technical specifications from a business stance to determine how the user will utilize the system.
Designing and implementing/customizing in accordance to client specifications.
Analyzing and providing corrective action for software programs/modules problems and establish orderly maintenance procedures for systems.
Managing company resources to drive delivery project plan to completion.
Providing company and client stakeholders with technical project status or reports, including milestones accomplished; issue identification, assignments, resolution; jeopardy items, and critical path assessment.
Serving as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all client technical implementation activities.

Job Qualifications

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications or related disciple with 2 years relevant experience or 4+ years relevant experience without college or university degree.
Proficiency in at least one relevant software programming and control language such as Java/C++/.NET /C#(C-Sharp)/Windows Forms.
Experience with Telecom system information's and telephony networks.
Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL, PL/SQL.
Good communication, fluent English and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skillsets: Telecom pre- and postpaid systems, mediation, switches, TOAD, software development, use of Test Director System (or similar Bug tracking system), Telecommunication and IP networks, UNIX, Linux and Windows operating system.
Availability to travel and support projects abroad for up to 25% of the time.
