Senior HR Business Partner to work from the offices in the Derbyshire region, below is an outline of what the role will entail the client can offer a very attractive package to an outstanding candidate.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within HR to provide support to heads of departments within Sales and Operations, to ensure they resolve their people issues in a timely and effective manner.
The key accountabilities within this role will include:-
• Develop a fit for purpose HR plan for the function that supports line managers with colleague engagement, performance, recruitment and learning development.
• Be a fully participative member of the functional area(s) leadership team by successfully mixing commercial insight and HR professionalism.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the HR strategy.
• Assist in the identification of learning and development needs to drive and improve business performance.
• Work in collaboration with Heads of Department to maximise company efficiency through organisation design; provide expertise and challenge.
• Facilitate talent management, supporting Heads of Department to develop resourcing plans and ensure effective succession plans are in place.
• Work with Heads of Department to drive a performance culture, ensuring that objectives are set and regularly reviewed and that PDRs are live for all managers and colleagues.
• Develop a reward & recognition strategy for the functional areas.
Job Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a strong HR Business Partner background with the ability to establish relationships quickly and experience of delivering within a commercially driven culture. The successful candidate will also have demonstrable experience of employee relations, talent and succession management and excellent employee engagement.
