Job Description
monitoring and optimization to ensure that the set network KPIs performance are achieved ;
-Continuously monitor the quality KPI's on drive test, scanners and customer complains. Trigger corrective optimization plans by proposing capacity, performance solution and manage to completion;
-Manage site configuration databases, heights and maps topology etc; Data Collection & Monitoring Coordination
-Ensure all physical changes are updated on existing database,
-Maintain standards/2G parameter rules on all radio database parameters
-Prioritize customer complaints and provide a solution, recommendation within the agreed time frame. Identify and forestall potential complaint areas. Report QoS Analysis
-Identification of Potential bottlenecks in the 2G end to end network and escalate to Core PS/CS related concerns
-QoS Improve Solution Acceptance
