Job Description

Define and prepare the overall contracting strategy in line with the businessm requirement.
Establish an implementation plan according to Company Policies and Procedure (pre qualification, tenders, evaluation, recommendation, awards).
Establish Contract Management Plans in coordination with Contracts Administrators.
Establish Performance Evaluation process for all contracts.
Work closely with HSE, Legal and Finance departments to ensure compliance to company Policies and Procedures.
Coach and train Well Engineers in Contract Administrator's role and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

ENSPM or equivalent engineering degree.
15 years experience in contracts.
10-15 years in the E&P business
Good knowledge of Legal aspects related with drilling and services contracts.
Experience in contract administration and contracts processes.
Working Knowledge in English is essential.
