Business Development Manager Oil&Gas (chemical industry), Poland

 

Currently for our Client a leading international chemical company distributing industrial and specialty chemicals in the Polish and foreign markets,

we are looking for:

Business Development Manager Oil&Gas (chemical industry)

Markets: Dubai or/andGermany, Austria and Switzerland

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all of the sales related issues (from acquisition and proposal preparation to deal closing) to Dubai or/and DACH markets,

  • Sale of Oil & Gas products (production chemicals, drilling additives, stimulation additives),

  • Building and maintaining stable, long-lasting relationships with Customers

  • Conduct market analysis,

  • Negotiate with Customers,

  • Evaluate, monitor sales performance,

  • Prepare and report strategic business goals

  • Attainment of planned sales plans within the entrusted group of products

  • Cooperate with other departments

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within chemical industry (prefered experience relate to oil & gas industry)

  • Knowledge about the market in chemical raw materials and products offered to Oil & Gas

  • Proven success in customer acquisition and building long-term business relationships

  • Fluent English

  • Very good knowledge of German or/and Arabic will be an attitude

  • Higher education, prefered chemical or technical

  • Creativity, resourcefulness

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • High analytical skills

  • Focus on implementation of sales plans

  • Full driving license
