LATAM Talent Acquisition Consultant

 

Location: Mexico City, MX

Due to expansion of the team, located in the World Trade Center (WTC) office, we are seeking an established recruiter with mid- to senior-level full cycle recruitment experience. You will build and expand both client and candidate relationships through management of the recruitment process, including: sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting candidates to multinational clients.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Latin America, you will:

Research, identify, and present candidates for mid- to senior-level executive positions spanning a range of diverse industries (Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Packaged Goods) preferred.

Identify recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.

Coordinate client & candidate relationships, deliver solutions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.

Create and update Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process, proposals, and support in responses for RFIs and RFPs.

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, or related area.

6+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, & closing).

Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, etc.

Interact with clients and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Customer focus with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality control.

Leadership skills and managing a small team of Recruiters/Researches is a plus.

Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

A team player with the ability to work both independently, and with our colleagues located in international offices.

Proficient in English.
