Senior Software Account Manager Oil and Gas Argentina

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina 

 

The Company:

  • Our client is a global leading supplier of software to improve the automation process in diverse manufacturing industries, particularly the Oil & Gas industry. Due to an expansion, we are adding to the team a Senior Sales Account Manager who has experience selling software to Oil & Gas clients and will work from the office Buenos Aires.

The Role: 

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will:
  • Qualify leads, manage negotiations, and close sales opportunities within this territory
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and targets for software licenses and consulting services
  • Develop contacts and sales strategies to support future prospects and business planning
  • Manage day-to-day sales processes, coordinate account meetings and sales support resources with specific accounts within the region
  • Provide the leadership team and executive management with account updates and sales forecasts
  • Develop and maintain contacts at assigned accounts and manage international accounts within the O&G sector

 

The Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 8-13+ years of demonstrated success in direct sales for software solutions
  • Consultative sales experience with software and engineering solutions with a proven track record of over-quota achievements
  • Proficient at establishing, developing, and cultivating senior level relationships
  • Familiarity with process modeling software products and services
  • Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with indirect supervision
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Experience in Software/Process Industries desired
  • 50% travel required in Argentina
  • Fluent English and Spanish
