Chronos Consulting's client is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services. Focused on the Oil, Gas, & Chemical (OGC) industries with their USA operation based  in Deer Park, Texas.  We are seeking a new leader to drive this business unit to greater heights. The national team is over 800 employees with 10 direct reports. Required for this role is experience in driving a service organization in the Downstream sector, coaching and mentoring teams, strategic planning and implementation, increasing diversification, revising pricing models, resource allocation, change management, fostering and implementing higher standards in service, and quality and execution of service delivery.
 
The Role:
 
Reporting to the President of USA, you will be responsible for:
 
Developing and implementing strategic plans to advance the company mission and objectives in order to drive revenue, profitability, and growth through common, clear, and executable marketing strategies.
 
Offering an entrepreneurial "hands-on" management approach and ensuring the integrity and ethical operation of the organization with your leadership, insight, ingenuity, and coaching to expand organizational value proposition
 
Driving an optimal structure to deliver growth and profitability and oversee company operation to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
 
Evaluating performance of executives for compliance within established policies and objectives of the company, and contributions in attaining objectives; participate in performance review process and career development for managers and employees
 
The Requirements:
 
University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus
 
Oil, Gas (Downstream) and/or Chemical industry with a services background and testing/inspection highly desired
 
10-15+ years of experience managing a profitable business or division within a large matrix structured organization
 
Strategic planning and execution, seasoned in negotiations and contracts, formulating policy, developing and implementing new policies and procedures
 
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data (P&L) and manage resources
 
Successful track record in change management and re-engineering operations and procedures
 
Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects
 
Charismatic personality, excels in presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization
